Agreement
By using RESK you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are placeholder copy for a demonstration site.
Accounts
Workspaces are provisioned per organisation. Your admin is responsible for who they invite and for the actions those people take. Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect they have been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email.
- Do not attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces or access data that is not yours.
- Do not resell or sublicense the service without written agreement.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
Your content
You own the data your team puts into RESK. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it in order to provide the service, and nothing more.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RESK is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the period giving rise to the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
