The short version
We collect what we need to run your workspace and nothing we cannot justify. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the contents of your records to train models. You can export or delete your data on request.
What we collect
- Account data — the name and work email used to create your workspace and invite your team.
- Workspace content — the leads, companies, people, projects, and tasks your team enters.
- Connection data — tokens for the calendars, mail, and Slack workspace you choose to connect.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated signals about how the product is used, to find and fix problems.
Why we collect it
Account and workspace data exist to provide the product you signed up for. Connection data is used only to perform the syncs and sends you configure — reading a calendar, sending a sequence email, posting a kickoff message. Usage data is used to keep the service reliable.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data to anyone.
- We do not use your workspace content to train machine-learning models.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
Data processors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service — hosting, email delivery, and error monitoring among them. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement, and the current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where required by law, we honour access, portability, and erasure requests within the statutory window.
